Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 20 March 2026 up to and including 26 March 2026. Krka acquired 5,738 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,311,962 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 20 March 2026: 1,123 shares at a VWAP of EUR 230.79,
- on 23 March 2026: 1,256 shares at a VWAP of EUR 225.09,
- on 24 March 2026: 1,290 shares at a VWAP of EUR 228.92,
- on 25 March 2026: 1,153 shares at a VWAP of EUR 230.25,
- on 26 March 2026: 916 shares at a VWAP of EUR 229.37.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).
Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,487,446 representing 7.585% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,493,184 representing 7.603% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 27 March 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
