| Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces: With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 13 February 2026 up to and including 19 February 2026. Krka acquired 5,346 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,302,671 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 13 February 2026: 1,012 shares at a VWAP of EUR 237.35, - on 16 February 2026: 1,003 shares at a VWAP of EUR 240.11, - on 17 February 2026: 1,095 shares at a VWAP of EUR 248.75, - on 18 February 2026: 1,121 shares at a VWAP of EUR 247.28 and - on 19 February 2026: 1,115 shares at a VWAP of EUR 244.00. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,463,837 representing 7.513% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,469,183 representing 7.530% of all shares issued.
