Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 17 October 2025 up to and including 23 October 2025. Krka acquired 14,230 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 2,925,293 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 17 October 2025: 3,015 shares at a VWAP of EUR 201.30,
- on 20 October 2025: 3,035 shares at a VWAP of EUR 202.13,
- on 21 October 2025: 2,126 shares at a VWAP of EUR 207.94,
- on 22 October 2025: 3,003 shares at a VWAP of EUR 211.00 and
- on 23 October 2025: 3,051 shares at a VWAP of EUR 206.22.


Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).
Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,365,452 representing 7.213% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,379,682 representing 7.257% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 24 October 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
