ENEFI Asset Management Plc (“Company”) informs its reputable investors that the Maros County Court, as the court of appeal, rejected the company's appeal in the following case: Claimant Defendant Matter in dispute ENEFI Asset Management Plc. Tax authority Cancellation of financial claims still pending against ENEFI As a result, the basic decision became legally binding, partially approving ENEFI's claim against Romanian Finance, which it had initiated in order to cancel the still-registered claims, as follows: The court: - approved the suspension of the execution of 14 of the 15 enforcement orders requested by the company (9,652,228 lei from the amount of 9,918,205 lei), - rejected the request to cancel the 600 lei enforcement costs, - rejected the request for the return of the amounts already collected (909,909 lei VAT refund, 21,484.74 lei guarantee and 61,134 lei guarantee/reservation), - rejected the request for the deletion of the amounts falling from the right of execution from the records of the Finance Ministry. The decision is final, but not yet justified.
