(the Company) informs that before the transaction (settled on 7th September 2011) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Generali OFE) held 719 699 shares (seven hundred nineteen thousand six hundred ninety nine) which represented 4,82% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
