| The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") hereby announces that on February 17, 2012 Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. has signed a Loan agreement to provide financing to Ancor Investments Ltd (a subsidiary of the Company). The proceeds of the loan would be granted to finance the purchase of agricultural equipment and machinery. The financing in amount of up to USD 10.6 mln. would comprise a secured long-term loan for five years. The Facility is covered by insurance policy of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, an agency of the U.S. Government. | ||||||||||||
