The Board of Directors of Sopharma AD (the “Company") hereby notifies that on 23 January 2013 Sopharma AD received a notification of disclosure of shareholdings from Donev Investments Holding AD regarding the purchasing of 2 982 666 shares. After this transaction the share of Donev Investments Holding AD in the capital of Sopharma AD increased above 25% to 26.78 %. The date of registration of the transaction with the Central Depository AD is 23 January 2013.
