Plaza Centers N.V., is to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders (“AGM”) will take place at 10:00 am (CET) on 31 July 2017 at the offices of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48 S, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and the Meeting of Independent Shareholders will be held immediately after the closing of the AGM at the same place. The Notice of Meetings, including agendas and proxy voting cards in English, will be sent today to Plaza's shareholders and Depositary Interests Holders registered at the Company's UK registrar (Capita Asset Services).
