| Avia Solutions Group AB (hereinafter – the Company) announces that on 31 December 2014 the Company has received: - the notification made by Indeco: Investment and Development UAB regarding the decrease in the number of votes in the Company below the threshold of 5 percent (please, reffer to Annex No 1); - the notification made by Mesotania Holdings Ltd. regarding the increase in the number of votes in the Company above the threshold of 5 percent (please, reffer to Annex No 2); - the notification made by ZIA Valda Cyprus Ltd. regarding the decrease in the number of votes in the Company below the threshold of 30 percent (please, reffer to Annex No 3); - the notification on the transactions in issuer’s securities concluded by the person closely associated with the manager of the Company (member of the Management Board) - Mr. Gediminas Ziemelis (please, reffer to Annex No 4); - the notification on the transactions in issuer’s securities concluded by the person closely associated with the manager of the Company (member of the Supervisory Council) - Mr. Vaidas Barakauskas (please, reffer to Annex No 5); - notification on transaction concluded by the manager of the Company (member of the Management Board) - Mr. Aurimas Sanikovas (please, reffer to Annex No 6).
