Appointment of Mr.Sergiy Stetsurin, born on August 11, 1957, in Voskresensk, Moscow region, residing at Mariya Ulianova str, 55, appt.38, Donetsk, Ukraine, 83017 as Director B until the end of the statutory general shareholders’ meeting of 2015.
