With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 19 August 2016 up to and including 25 August 2016 Krka acquired 5,262 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 313,177 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 374,138 representing 1.141% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 379,400 representing 1.157% of all shares issued.
