The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”, “Agora”) hereby informs that on December 15th, 2017 the Company received a notification on reducing shareholding below 5% of votes from Aegon Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, at 5 Wołoska Street, 02-675 Warsaw, registered in District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of National Court Register under the number: 0000028767, representing Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny registered in Register of Pension Funds kept by Regional Court in Warsaw, VII Civil and Registry Department under the number 13.
As a result of the transaction of sale dated December 12th, 2017 and settled on December 14th, 2017, Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny reduced shareholding of the Company’s shares below 5% of votes.
As at December 14, 2017, Aegon Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. held 2,849,788 shares of the Company, which constituted 5.979% of share in the share capital, and 2,849,778 votes from the shares held, constituting 4.398% of the total number of votes.
Before the sale of shares, Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny held 3,324,036 shares of Agora, which accounted for 6.974% of the share capital, and 3,324,036 votes from the shares held, constituting 5.130% of the total number of votes.
