(hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company) informs that today, it received form the shareholder Mr. Tomasz Misiak a proposal of giving up to vote the resolutions under point “Adoption of a resolutions regarding changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company” of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for May 7, 2019. at 12:00 hours midday, at the company’s seat in Wrocław, ul. Gwiaździsta 66.
