(hereinafter: „Issuer” or „Company”) hereby informs that Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, i.e. 15 October 2020, with the effect as of today, have dismissed from the Supervisory Board: 1. Mr. Przemysław Schmidt – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, 2. Mr. Piotr Żegleń – Member of the Supervisory Board, 3. Mr. Tomasz Bujak – Member of the Supervisory Board, 4. Mr. Paweł Ruka – Member of the Supervisory Board, 5. Mr. Andrzej Witkowski – Member of the Supervisory Board, 6. Mr. Robert Oliwa – Member of the Supervisory Board. Reasons of dismissal were not given.
