| ENEFI Asset Management Plc (“Company”) hereby informs its honourable Investors on the basis of the notification from the Romanian operations as follow: At the Târgu Mureș Court of Appeal, the City submitted a request for the exclusion of two judge out of the three-member judicial council from the trial in the appeal hearing of the renegotiation phase of the action for damages initiated by E-Star Mures Energy SA against the City. With a reference to the assessment of the application for exclusion, the court postponed the hearing of the appeals until October 20, 2020. | ||||||||||||
