The Management Board of Work Service S.A. („Company”), in relation to current report no 84/2019 of 06/11/2019, informs that today it learned about adoption on 15/03/2021 by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“WSE”) a resolution no. 275/2021, regarding the admission and introduction to exchange trading on the WSE’s Main List, a 163,250 ordinary bearer Y-series shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each (“Shares”), on the basis of which resolution: 1) The Shares are admitted to trading on the Main Market; 2) Introduction of the Shares, in the ordinary course to public trading on the main market, takes place on 18/03/2021, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A., on 18/03/2021, register the Shares on deposit and mark them with code “PLWRKSR00019”.
