| The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that it received information from its shareholder Georg Hotar, CEO and Director of Photon Energy N.V., that he executed the following sales transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange: - On 15 February 2021: M. Georg Hotar sold 30,846 shares of Photon Energy N.V. at a price of PLN 14.50 per share. - On 15 February 2021: M. Georg Hotar sold 858 shares of Photon Energy N.V. at a price of PLN 14.60 per share. - On 15 February 2021: M. Georg Hotar sold 180 shares of Photon Energy N.V. at a price of PLN 14.70 per share. - On 15 February 2021: M. Georg Hotar sold 116 shares of Photon Energy N.V. at a price of PLN 14.80 per share. The notified transactions relate to 32,000 shares with a corresponding transaction value totalling PLN 464,157. Prior to the conclusion of the above mentioned transactions, M. Hotar owned 20,843,375 shares indirectly through Solar Power to the People Cooperatief U.A. and 109,061 shares directly representing a total of 20,952,436 shares in the Company, which accounted for 40.90 % of the Company’s share capital and carried 40.90% of votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders. As of 16 February 2021, M. Hotar owned 20,843,375 shares indirectly through Solar Power to the People Cooperatief U.A. and 77,061 shares directly representing a total of 20,920,436 shares in the Company, which account for 40.83 % of the Company’s share capital and carry 40.83% of votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders. | |
