The Management Board of Gi Group Poland S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), with reference to the current report No.: (i) 54/2020 concerning conclusion by the Issuer, as the Borrower, and GI International SRL, seated in Milan, as the Lender ("GI International SRL") of a Financing Agreement ("Financing Agreement"); (ii) 110/2020 on the failure to repay on time a Part of the Loan Amount received under the Financing Agreement; (iii) 20/2021 regarding the commencement of negotiations aimed at restructuring the Issuer's financial debt to GI International SRL; (iv) 45/2021 regarding the non-payment of a Part of the Loan Amount under the Financing Agreement; informs that the Issuer and GI International SRL have today concluded an annex to the Financing Agreement ("Annex"), on the basis of which the payment dates of a part of the Loan Amount from the Financing Agreement, i.e: a) in the amount of PLN 30,000,000.00 (the Issuer informed about lack of repayment of this Part of the Loan Amount in current report No. 110/2020); and b) in the amount of PLN 50,000,000.00 (the Issuer informed about the lack of repayment of this Part of the Loan Amount in the current report No. 45/2021); - have been changed to 31 March 2022. As a result of the conducted analysis, the Issuer decided that it is justified to classify the information referred to above as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report. Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 (Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC).
