Zarząd Eco5tech S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, iż działając na mocy uchwały nr 1/10/2025 Rady Nadzorczej Spółki z dnia 21 października 2025 roku, w dniu 06.11.2025 roku podpisał umowę z KPW Audytor Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Łodzi, której przedmiotem jest przeprowadzenie badania sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za rok obrotowy 2025 oraz 2026. KPW Audytor Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Łodzi wpisana jest na listę firm audytorskich pod numerem 3640.


Podstawa prawna:§ 3 ust. 1 pkt 11 Załącznika nr 3 Regulaminu ASO.


The Management Board of Eco5tech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company", "the Issuer") hereby informs that acting under Resolution No. 1/10/2025 of the Supervisory Board of the Company dated 21 October 2025, on 06.11.2025 it concluded an agreement with KPW Audytor Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź, the subject of which is to audit the Company's financial statements for the financial years 2025 and 2026. KPW Audytor Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź is entered on the list of audit firms under number 3640.

Legal basis: § 3 section 1 point 11 of Appendix No. 3 to the ASO Regulations.
