| The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (“IPF IP”) hereby informs that on 23 June 2015 the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. adopted a resolution on introduction to the alternative trading system organised by BondSpot S.A. (ASO BondSpot) of 200,000 series IPFIP030620 bonds issued by IPF IP, each of a nominal value of PLN 1,000 and of a total nominal value of PLN 200,000,000 (the “Bonds”). Further, the Management Board of IPF IP informs that on 23 June 2015 the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (“GPW”) adopted a resolution on introduction of the Bonds to the alternative trading system organised by GPW (ASO GPW.) Legal basis: - § 4 of Annex 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System organised by BondSpot S.A. - § 4 of Annex 4 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System organised by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. |
