| The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (“IPF IP"), hereby announces that on 18 November 2010 International Personal Finance plc (“IPF plc"), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, announced an Interim Management Statement (“IMS") on the London Stock Exchange. The aforementioned IMS is attached to this current report and informs, among others, that IPF plc\'s group has secured a £ 200,000,000 of 3 year committed bank facilities maturing in 2013.
