The Management Board of IPF Investments Polska Sp. z o. o. (“IPF IP"), hereby announces that on 13 December 2010 International Personal Finance plc (“IPF plc"), the sole shareholder of IPF IP and the guarantor of bonds issued by IPF IP and listed on the ASO BondSpot, announced an Interim Management Statement (“IMS") on the London Stock Exchange.

The aforementioned IMS is attached to this current report and informs, among others on: (i) trading in the fourth quarter of 2010; (ii) the long-term effect of a reduction in the rate of corporate tax in Hungary on IPF plc\'s capital group effective tax rate and (iii) the expected date of the preliminary announcement of full year results of IPF plc\'s capital group.
