Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2026, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 24 July 2026 up to and including 30 July 2026. Krka acquired 6,389 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,671,403 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 24 July 2026: 1,322 shares at a VWAP of EUR 260.87,
- on 27 July 2026: 1,352 shares at a VWAP of EUR 261.38,
- on 28 July 2026: 1,304 shares at a VWAP of EUR 262.06,
- on 29 July 2026: 1,312 shares at a VWAP of EUR 262.13 and
- on 30 July 2026: 1,099 shares at a VWAP of EUR 261.61.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,520,274 representing 7.685% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,526,663 representing 7.705% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 31 July 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
