Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 10 October 2025 up to and including 16 October 2025. Krka acquired 15,737 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 3,089,259 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 10 October 2025: 2,895 shares at a VWAP of EUR 182.47,
- on 13 October 2025: 3,219 shares at a VWAP of EUR 197.20,
- on 14 October 2025: 3,334 shares at a VWAP of EUR 197.53,
- on 15 October 2025: 3,083 shares at a VWAP of EUR 203.35 and
- on 16 October 2025: 3,206 shares at a VWAP of EUR 199.86.


Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).
Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,349,715 representing 7.165% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,365,452 representing 7.213% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 17 October 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
