In the aforementioned letter the Company exclusively referred to facts and events particular to the industry sector and which had already entered the public domain, such as the increased price of crude oil derivative products and natural gas as well as the resulting decrease in the mark-up incorporated in the price of various products (particularly that of PVC). In highlighting the above information to the analysts the Company intended to the make it possible that participants of the capital markets may make their investment decisions, and rely on updated analyses which take into account the most recent developments in the economy.
