| E-Star Alternative Plc (the “Company") informs the Company launched its Polish corporate bond program. The goal of the bond program is to finance the execution of E-Star’s Polish growth strategy. The total size of the program is 100 million PLN, which will be issued within a year. The bonds will be unsecured, with a tenor of 3-5 years. BRE Bank acts as the advisor and the lead arranger of the transaction. The bonds will be distributed to financial institutions through a private placement. To facilitate the secondary trading of the bonds, they will be introduced to the Catalyst/Bondspot market. | ||||||||||||
