On May 6, 2015 the stake of mBank S.A., Warsaw, Poland in the voting rights in UNIWHEELS AG has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% of votes in the Company as a result of an acquisition of votes in the public offering and amounted 12.03% (1,491,840) voting rights in the Company represented by 12.03% (1,491,840) shares of the Company. 2. On May 7, 2015 the stake of mBank S.A., Warsaw, Poland in the voting rights in UNIWHEELS AG fell below the threshold of 3% of votes in the Company and amounted to 0.00% (0) voting rights in the Company represented by 0.00% (0) shares of the Company.
