| BUWOG AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 21 May 2014 it has been notified by its Management Board’s member on the acquisition on 21 May 2014 of 3,616 Company’s shares at the price of 13.21 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 47,767.36 Euro). The shares mentioned in the preceding sentence were acquired on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange within the ordinary market session transaction. | |
