AviaAM Leasing AB (the "Company") on 2 July 2013 was informed that as a result of the allotment of shares of the Company on 26 June 2013, the open pension fund ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the "Fund") became a holder of the Company’s shares representing over 10% votes at the general meeting of the Company’s shareholders. As of 2 July 2013, there are 5 000 000 (five million) Company’s shares at the securities account of the Fund, which constitutes 11,55% of the Company’s share capital. These shares authorize the Fund to 5 000 000 (five million) votes at the general meeting of the Company’s shareholders, which constitutes 11,55% of total number of votes. Annexes: Notification about exceeding 10 % of the total vote dated 2 July 2013 in Polish with certified translation into English. Legal grounds: article 69 of the Act on Public Offerings of the Republic of Poland and article 23 of the Law on Securities of the Republic of Lithuania.
