| The Management Board of bmp Holding AG (converted share: ISIN DE000A2E3772 - prior share consolidation: DE0003304200) announces that - upon receipt of a corresponding subscription order - the up to 10% capital increase is fully subscribed by Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A0L1NN5); the private placement is thus closed prematurely. The Company will not only receive new cash (before deduction of costs) of around EUR 930,000 in the short term. Moreover - within a strategic cooperation with Heliad - the opportunity has opened up to form bmp Holding AG into a leading online retail group for bedroom furniture and bedding products. Heliad is invested in Cubitabo GmbH, an online retailer in the sleep products segment (www.bettenriese.de). The acquisition of the company by bmp Holding AG will be considered. Heliad shall also play an active role in the future development of the company. Due to this bmp Holding AG will also postpone the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 29 June 2017 to a later date within the legal period.
