| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: Issuer or Company) hereby notifies that today it has received from its shareholder Tomasz Misiak who holds 9 534 861 shares of the Company constituting 14.65 % of the share capital, a request, submitted pursuant to Art. 400 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, to convey the Extraordinary General Meeting, the subject of which will be performing changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company. Due to the above, the shareholder offered to place in the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting the point "Adopting the resolution on changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company" and presented a draft of the resolution, which constitutes the attachment hereto. The Management Board of the Company assures that it will take immediate steps to convey the Extraordinary General Meeting in accordance with the shareholder’s request.
