Avia Solutions Group AB sold it‘s 95,5% stakes in Small Planet Airlines UAB (Lithuania) and Small Planet Airlines Sp. z o. o. (Poland) to the management of these companies Mr. Vytautas Kaikaris (65,5%) and Mr. Andrius Staniulis (30%). Before the transaction Vytautas Kaikaris already owned 4,5% stake in both companies. Based on the financial information available as at 31 December 2012 it is expected that transaction will result a total gain of approximately LTL 15,8 million in the consolidated financial statements for 3 month period ended 31 March 2013 that includes result from discontinuing operations and a gain from disposal. Stand-alone financial statements will account for a loss of approximately LTL 1,3 million from the transaction for the corresponding period.
