| Plaza Centers N.V. (“Plaza” or the “Company”), a leading emerging markets property developer, is pleased to announce that, following its share consolidation, the first time and date of dealing in the ordinary shares of EUR 1.00 was at 9.30 a.m. on 3 July 2016 on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s market for listed securities. Furthermore, as a result of the share consolidation, trading of the consolidated ordinary shares with a nominal value of EUR 1.00 will resume on 4 July 2016 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities and the ordinary shares will be traded on the continuous trading system. On admission to both the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the Company’s issued share capital comprises 6,855,603 ordinary shares of EUR 1.00 each.
