Notification on trading in the Company’s shares executed by a director Current report no. 04/2016 dated 22nd January 2016 The Management Board of UNIWHEELS AG (the "Company") informs that on 22nd January 2016 the Company was notified by a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company according to article 160 of the Polish Act on trading in Financial Instruments that he executed a transaction in the shares of the Company (ISIN DE000A13STW4). On 22nd January 2016 a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company bought 11,000 shares of the Company at the stock price of PLN 120,00 for the total price of PLN 1,320,000,-.The transaction was executed on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
