With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 30 August 2019 up to and including 6 September 2019. Krka acquired 16,603 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,005,257 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 30 August 2019: 3,362 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.40, - on 2 September 2019: 3,421 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.68, - on 3 September 2019: 2,967 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.50 - on 4 September 2019: 3,099 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.60 - on 5 September 2019: 500 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.20 and - on 6 September 2019: 3,254 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.60 SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,046,738 representing 3.192% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,063,341 representing 3.243% of all shares issued.
