(“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the basis of the information received from the Romanian operation about the following: The Romanian court of justice rejected the action of the Company at first instance in the following case: COMPANY LITIGATION RECEIVABLES - CAPITAL RECEIVABLE – INTEREST/CONTRIB UTION TOTA RECEIVABES Lei/EURO/HUF E-Star Mures Energy SA, where ENEFI is unsecured creditor in 76,44% vs Brassó Regional Finance case number 684/102/2019 524,548.80 lei VAT to be recovered - 524,548.80 lei / 111,067.33 EURO / 35,776,074.21 HUF The decision has not been explained yet and following the reception of this the Company will be able to exercise its right to appeal.
