| The Management Board of Work Service S. A. ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs, that today, the Issuer received letter of May 31, 2021 containing information about resignation of Mr. Antonio Carvelli from his function in the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A. with immediate effect. The reasons for the resignation were not given. Legal base: 1).Art. 56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. 2) § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding the current and periodic information given by the issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding as equivalent of the information required by law of a country which is not a Member State.
