The Management Board of InPost Societe Anonyme with its registered office in Luxembourg (hereinafter the Issuer, InPost S.A.) hereby informs that in the second half of 2022 periodic reports will be published by the Issuer on the following dates:
- Interim condensed consolidated financial statements of InPost S.A. and its subsidiaries for the first half of 2022, publication date is 1st September 2022;
- Trading update for the third quarter 2022, containing key financial and operational data of InPost S.A., publication date is 9th November 2022.

Additionally, on 6th October 2021 The Management Board of InPost Societe Anonyme informed that in the first half of 2022 periodic reports will be published by the Issuer on the following dates:
- Annual report including the condensed consolidated financial statements of InPost S.A. and its subsidiaries for 2021, publication date is 31st March 2022;
- Trading update for the first quarter 2022, containing key financial and operational data of InPost S.A., publication date is 11th May 2022.

Legal basis: Article 1, Paragraph 19 of the Exhibit no. 4 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the Catalyst market”.
