| The Management Board of HB REAVIS FINANCE PL 3 Sp. z o.o. (“HBRF") hereby announces that HBRF has set the dates for the publication of periodic reports in the current financial year. On April 29th, 2022 HBRF will publish its annual report for the year 2021. A semi-annual report for the first half of the year 2022 will be published on September 30th, 2022. Furthermore, HBRF hereby announces that on April 29th, 2022 HB Reavis Holding S.A. (as the Suretyship Provider) will publish its audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year 2021. Consolidated semi-annual financial statements for the first half of the year 2022 will be announced on September 30th, 2022. |
