On December 30, 2019, the General Meeting will decide on amendments to the Company's Articles of Association.
The General Meeting shall decide on a change of the Company's name. To cover the previous years loss, it is proposed to reduce the share capital through a merger (reverse split) of shares in the ratio of 5:1. The General Meeting will also decide on the amount of target capital.
