| The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (WAR: MMD, “the Company", “the Issuer") today announced that on July 2, 2021 Scott Kahn, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and the Company have reached a mutual decision to part ways. The Company has hired an executive search firm to assist in the identification and selection of a new Chief Financial Officer. The Company believes its current financial and accounting team will be sufficient to support ongoing operations and financial reporting.
