| Rada Dyrektorów Lumina Metals Corp. („Emitent”) informuje o otrzymaniu uchwały nr 818/2026 oraz uchwały nr 819/2026 Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”) z dnia 11 czerwca 2026 r., na podstawie których Zarząd GPW dopuścił oraz postanowił z dniem 16 czerwca 2026 r. wprowadzić do obrotu na rynku oficjalnych notowań (rynku głównym) GPW 109.020.274 akcji zwykłych Emitenta bez wartości nominalnej, rejestrowanych przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. pod kodem ISIN „CA55025J1030” („Akcje”). Akcje będą notowane w systemie notowań ciągłych pod nazwą skróconą „LMCU” i oznaczeniem „LMU”. | ||||||||||||

| Report 2/2026 Admission and introduction of Lumina Metals Corp.’s shares for trading on the official listings market of the WSE 12-06-2026 The Board of Directors of Lumina Metals Corp. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that it received Resolution No. 818/2026 and Resolution No. 819/2026 adopted by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.; the “WSE”) on 11 June 2026, based on which the WSE Management Board resolved to admit and introduce as of 16 June 2026 to trading on the official (main) market of the WSE 109,020,274 common shares in the Issuer without nominal value, registered by the National Depositary for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under ISIN code "CA55025J1030" (the “Shares”) as of June 16, 2026. The Shares will be quoted in the continuous quotation system under the abbreviated name of "LMCU" and under the designation "LMU".
