Management Board of Automotive Components Europe S.A. informs that on August 8, 2008 its subsidiary EBCC Sp. z o.o. signed a hedging contract with BRE Bank S.A., to secure EURO/PLN exchange rate of a part of sales revenues to cover a zloty part of production costs. Duration of the agreement will be 36 months i.e. until July 2011, and there will be done one transaction per month in the following periods: August 2008 – July 2009 and August 2010 – July 2011(24 transactions in total). Total value of the agreement is 9.6m €. This is a typical agreement signed by EBCC Sp. z o.o. for the last few years.
