| Press Release Annual financial report as at 31st December 2009 This is to inform you that on May 23 20 will be available at the Registered Office in Rome: a) The Annual financial report as pursuant to art. 154-ter of the D.lgs 58/98; b) The Reports containing the opinion rendered by the independent Auditors to art. 153 of the D.lgs 58/98; c) an integral copy of the annual financial statements of subsidiary companies or the summary document provided for in Article 2429 of the Civil Code; d) The summary document showing the essential data of the latest annual financial statements of associate companies. Documents which to letter “a" and “b" will be also available on the NIS platform of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the company website at www.unicreditgroup.eu and at the Registered Office in Rome. The Minute of the Meeting will be available within May 7 2010 in the same way of the documents which to letter “a" and “b".
