| PRESS RELEASE During the course of its today’s meeting, the UniCredit Corporate Governance, HR and Nomination Committee defined a proposal – to be submitted to the Board of Directors called on December 18 next – to co-opt Prof. Giovanni Quaglia as a new Company Board Member. Prof. Quaglia is currently Deputy Vice Chairman of Fondazione CRT, among UniCredit's major shareholders. During the same meeting, the UniCredit Corporate Governance, HR and Nomination Committee also expressed its positive opinion upon the appointment of Prof. Giovanni Quaglia as a member of the Committee itself.
