| Relevant participations in the UniCredit share capital UniCredit informs that the Company received communications - according to Section 120 of D.lgs 58/98 and Section 117 of CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/99 from: • International Petroleum Investment Company - certifying ownership of UniCredit ordinary shares through their controlled AABAR Luxembourg sarl, for an amount of n° 376,200,000 shares equal to 6.501% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital; • Capital Research and Management Company (Los Angeles) - certifying ownership of UniCredit ordinary shares held the right of vote for saving’s management purposes for a total amount of n° 158,097,471 shares equal to 2.732% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital of which n° 127,901,060 shares equal to 2.21% on behalf of Europacific Growth Fund; • Mediobanca S.p.A. certifying ownership of UniCredit ordinary shares for a total amount of n° 102,284,116 shares equal to 1.767% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital of which 96.756.406 shares equal to 1.672% with right of usufruct in favour of UniCredit S.p.A. Each ordinary share entitles to a single vote. UniCredit Ordinary Shares are subject to the voting restrictions set forth in Clause 5 of the Articles of Association, pursuant to which no shareholder may vote, for any reason whatsoever, for a number of UniCredit Shares exceeding 5% of the share capital, held by such shareholder, bearing voting rights. | |
