| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") informs that on July 20, 2013 it received the notification from Mr. Vyacheslav Rekov, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, that the person closely associated with him (in the meaning of art. 160 par. 2 point 4 b) of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005), i.e., R-Assets Cooperatief U.A. (the “Cooperatief"), with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, purchased 62,800 shares of the Company. Purchase transactions were made on 17-18 June 2013.
