| Following the Company’s announcement on the share capital consolidation, based on resolution No. 420/2017 dated 28 April 2017 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, trading in shares will be suspended on the Warsaw Stock Exchange from 4 May 2017 to 9 May 2017. As a result, 2 May 2017 will be the last day of trading of shares under the ISIN DE0003304200 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It is expected that the trading in consolidated shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange will resume on 10 May 2017.
