As it was disclosed previously, on 23 February 2017 City Service SE subsidiary Concentra Servicios y Mantenimiento S.A. (further – Concentra) submitted a petition for bankruptcy. On 10 May 2017, Concentra received court decision, stating that bankruptcy administrator was appointed. The revenue of Concentra in 2016 amounted to EUR 38.1 million.
