(LSE:PLAZ) (“Plaza" / the “Company"), a leading emerging markets property developer, announces that following receipt of a notice from Elbit Ultrasound (Luxembourg) B.V./ s.a.r.l., a 44.9% shareholder in the Company ("Elbit") on 21 September, 2015 (and announced by the Company on the same date)(the "First Notice"), the Company has received a subsequent notice replacing the First Notice. The most recently received notice requires that the Company convene an extraordinary general meeting, under the provisions of Section 27.3 of the Company's articles of association, to consider and, if thought fit, pass resolutions relating to the dismissal of Messrs. Shlomi Kelsi and Yoav Kfir.
